Torrents downloading at 10kbs
· The download will start, spike to about mbps (my max is ~mbps), then just drop off until I'm downloading in the low kilobytes to even the bytes range. I set my Steam settings to Unlimited Download and 25Mbps throttle. Neither of these settings helped. I changed my Steam download server 3x (tried multiple servers on the East Coast USA). E.g. I have torrent files with updates for a specific software and each of them downloads large files (so I can't download them all), but I need only 20 of and these 20 files aren't closer to each other and their names is like "kop##". Manually selecting them is killing me every time I . · Recently i download a file (5GB) my download speed was normal ~ kbps but today i downloaded another file and it becam ~10kbps i dont know why but my internet is fine i can download files at normal speed w/o the use of bittorrent but when i try to torrent something the download speed dramatically drops.
trying to download a torrent (with uTorrent) and i have 0 () seeders () Peers, and a low download speed of 10kbs (usually 50kbs) and since this is a 4g torrent i kinda want it to. Torrent downloads keep starting great 10Mbs but then drops to 1kbs. Hey guys, Ive been torrenting for awhile and I've never experienced this. Ive used utorrent for a very long time, and I went to start a download and watched it start and rise to nearly 10mbs but then after 30 seconds it starts to fall very fast, each update it will have dropped. Double-check that your torrent client's connection port is a number above or so. (preferably or higher, some ISPs rate limit lower port numbers) In your ISP router/modem, check if you have any sort of "flood protection", DDoS protection, etc. type of things enabled. If so disable them.

Manually selecting them is killing me every time I need to get thru this job. yep tried the new settings still crawling at 10kB/s max 15kB/s the (settings i was using before were 10kB/s max 25kB/s) if you want to download more then 2 at a time (say you want 25 torrents) set the max connections per torrent to 10 - the speeds will be slower per torrent but you'll get a much higher overall speed.
